This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kanvas ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity engaging our services ("Client," "you," or "your"). By subscribing to a plan or initiating a project, you agree to the following terms.

Kanvas provides high-end design and development services through two primary models:

1.1. Subscription Plans

• Design Partner: Includes unlimited design requests and revisions. This plan operates on a one active task basis. Work is completed sequentially.
• Full-stack Retainer: Includes unlimited design and development requests. This plan provides two parallel production lanes, allowing for:
  1. Hybrid Workflow: One Design task and one Development task (e.g., Webflow/Framer) running simultaneously.
  2. Dual Design Workflow: Two separate design tasks processed concurrently.

1.2. Project-Based Services

• Web Design & Development: Tailored for specific, one-time projects. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement.

2. Request Process & Delivery

2.1. Subscription Plans

The following terms apply specifically to the Design Partner and Full-stack Retainer subscription plans. These models are designed for ongoing creative partnership and high-frequency delivery.

2.1.1. The Design Queue & Active Requests

• Unlimited Requests: Once subscribed, Clients may add as many design or development requests to their queue as they wish. Requests will be handled sequentially in the order they appear.
• Plan-Specific Lanes:
  • Design Partner: This plan provides one (1) active production lane. We tackle requests one by one. As soon as a request is approved and completed, we immediately move to the next item in your queue.
  • Full-stack Retainer: This plan provides two (2) parallel production lanes, allowing us to work on two different tasks simultaneously. You may choose to run:
    • 1. Hybrid Lane: One Design task + One Development task (e.g., building a landing page in Webflow while designing the next product feature).
    • 2. Dual Design Lane: Two separate design tasks processed concurrently (e.g., brand identity refresh alongside social media assets).

2.1.2. Turnaround Time & Working Hours

• Standard Delivery: For standard requests, initial drafts are typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours. More complex requests (e.g., multi-page web designs) may be broken down into smaller milestones for consistent progress.
